CornerStone4 LLC is a second-generation brick company. Gavin, the owner and lead mason, has been working in the masonry industry since his high school years. He began his education in the trade as a laborer working for his father's company. He then spent over 10 years as a mason, working residential and commercial jobs throughout Virginia. During those years, he became fluent in Spanish while advancing his masonry knowledge and skills.

In 2008, he was hired on at a large commercial company in Richmond, Virginia and soon became a foreman. Gavin spent three years learning the many aspects of running multi-million dollar commercial projects including plan reading, safety protocol, quality control, and time management while being responsible for work crews of 20 to 50 men.

After several months of contemplation, Gavin and his wife Jessica decided to start their own company in 2011. Together, they also have the experience of building six single family homes since 2002. They are proud to offer their services to Richmond, Virginia and the surrounding areas. They hope to make an impact as a company that provides clean, dependable, quality workmanship, as well as offering honest, competitive prices.
